it's been a long time i did not update blog.

many things happen..

sad things,happy things.


all of us is sad for the same thing.

BUT,

there's always something good coming up.

it's time to MOVE ON.

think of the future that you dream of and head to that point.

achieve what you should.

this is what the person who leave you wanted you to do,

be happy.

anyhow,

Life have to go on.

Midterm is next week.

Monday - Macroeco and Marketing Principle.
Tuesday - MUET Speaking,again!
Wednesday - College Algebra.

i wished my friends LUCK for your exam next week

we enjoyed our time.us.the gurls including Papa's Gf.

saw this in the papers today~

kinda lame..

but i guess is NOT helpful..

just felt like listing it.

20mins - Blood Pressure and Heart Rate ruturn to normal.

12hours- Carbon Monoxide level in the body returns to normal.

24hours- Posibility of heart attack decrease.

48 hours- Sense of the smell and taste begin to improve.

72 hours - Lung capacity increase making breathing easier.

2weeks -3months- Blood circulation and lung function improve.

1-9months- Cilia (tiny hair like structure that move the mucus out to the lungs) regain normal function, increase the ability to handle mucus, clean the lungs and decrease the risk of infection.

1 year- Risk of the heart attack halved.


i guess this would suit people who wants to quit~
